Check out the latest DCX newsletter from Mark Levy and our appearance in his podcast
We promise not to make a YouTube "like, comment, and subscribe" joke
I met
here on Substack (then again over on LinkedIn) after the GX Foundry arrived on the platform in late 2023 and started looking for writers talking about Government Experience (GX), which has elements of User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), digital transformation and software development, not to mention leadership and other general business topics.Mark’s DCX newsletter is a treasure-trove of updates and insights from the world of CX, so it was an immediate follow. If you’re working in government experience (or CX, of course), it’s definitely worth a follow. (Amazingly, it comes out roughly every week or two, despite Mark having a full-time job!)
After a few message exchanges about the intersection of CX and GX, Mark offered to host a conversation for his video podcast. I wasn’t sure I would be all that useful a guest, but hey — we’re trying to “learn out loud” here, so I agreed and we recorded it not long ago. With some interesting AI-based editing, it’s down to a tight 23 minutes.
For a truly short summary, see Mark’s “Key Takeaways” list near the top of his DCX newsletter for this week.
Otherwise settle in for more of me than you really want to see. ;-)
